Welcome to Reflective Reads, a therapeutic book club for women over 30 who are seeking to learn, grow, and connect in a safe and empowering space. Together, we’ll explore inspiring reads that offer new perspectives, foster wellbeing, promote self-discovery and reflection, and encourage connection through shared experiences.

Healthy boundaries. We all know we should have them--in order to achieve work/life balance, cope with toxic people, and enjoy rewarding relationships with partners, friends, and family. But what do "healthy boundaries" really mean--and how can we successfully express our needs, say "no," and be assertive without offending others?
Nedra Glover Tawwab demystifies this complex topic for today's world. In a relatable and inclusive tone, Set Boundaries, Find Peace presents simple-yet-powerful ways to establish healthy boundaries in all aspects of life. Rooted in the latest research and best practices, these techniques help us identify and express our needs clearly and without apology--and unravel a root problem behind codependency, power struggles, anxiety, depression, burnout, and more.

Registration is limited to 6 participants (minimum of 3 required to start), and the link will remain open until filled. Participants will need to purchase a copy of the book, or borrow from your local library!
After registration, all participants will complete a brief 15-minute phone call with the facilitator to confirm registration and next steps, and to ensure that the book club is the right fit.
Note: This book club is guided by a licensed psychologist, though is not a substitute for individual or group psychotherapy.
